Grapes used to produce this wine come from the oldest Vineyard we have, and this is the basic reason why we obtain a high quality wine. This is a strong sparkling spumante, that satisfy the most palates and can value any moment and occasion thanks to its freshness and fragrance.

WINE TYPOLOGY: Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Docg Brut

AREA OF PRODUCTION: Area of Valdobbiadene - Conegliano

GRAPE VARIETY: 100% Glera

GRAPE HARVEST: Manual harvest in small containers

WINE TREATMENT: with no peel. Soft press of the grapes strictly entire, natural decanting and controlled fermentation at monitored temperature of 20°. The sparkling process takes piace at low temperature inside autoclave with a short period with the yeasts to save the fruity taste.

COLOR: straw dull yellow with green shades, perfect in brightness enriched by a persistent perlage.

FLAVOUR: fresh, with a perceptible sweet note, soft and balanced, pleasant with floral scents.

HOW TO SERVE: at 8/10°C and uncork the bottle just before the consumption. Perfect at any time or to accompany pastries or biscuits and any fruit, and ideal for any meeting and festive occasion.
