The Solo Rosso vines grow in Treviso county, between Tezze di Piave and Motta di Livenza.


After pressing, the must ferments for 8 days on the skins, at a controlled temperature of 24-28°c.


Color of Solo Rosso is intense ruby red, and the aroma is based on wild berries, with light herbal notes. 

The taste is fresh, sapid, persistent, lightly rounded.

Excellent as a dinner wine, it may be the aperitive with cold cuts starters, or else it matches perfectly with red meats.


Best served at a temperature of 16-18 ° C.
