More info

Colour of Tai Rosso Colli Berici is bright ruby red; aroma is fragrant of blackberry, rasperry and cherries; taste is mellow, medium-bodied.

The vines are located in Lonigo and Alonte (VI), at the heart of the classic Berici hills D.O.C. area.

Grapes are simultaneously de-stemmed and pressed, then for four days the must rests on the skins in 50hl tuns.  The tuns are open and wine is fulled 4 times per day

Food match

Tai Rosso is a whole dinner wine: it is well combined with tasty first courses, as well as to white meats.

Some local dishes:

- liver gnocchis in chicken stock                                                                            - panà (local bread roux)
- baccalà alla vicentina (local dish based on dried cod and cornmeal)
